Vitalii Karmanskyi is certified by The Florida Bar and authorized by the Florida Supreme Court as a Foreign Legal Consultant under Rule 16 – Limited Practice, authorized to provide legal consulting solely on matters of Ukrainian law.
Pursuant to Rule 16-1.3(a)(2), Rules Regulating The Florida Bar:
“A person certified as a foreign legal consultant … may provide legal services … only when these services (2) do not include any activity or any service constituting the practice of the laws of the United States, the State of Florida, or any other state.”
Accordingly, this activity does not include any services constituting the practice of U.S. law, Florida law, or the law of any other state. All U.S. law matters must be handled by licensed U.S. attorneys.
