At the beginning of his career, Vitalii worked in the Legal Department of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine, where he conducted legal analysis on corporate governance issues and capital market regulation, and represented the Commission in court proceedings involving financial operations and regulatory compliance. companies, providing comprehensive legal support that included contract preparation, regulatory compliance analysis, and representation in Ukrainian courts in matters related to commercial activities, contractual obligations, and property issues. His work involved full legal review and contractual support essential for effective dispute resolution.
His further professional experience includes legal support in the aviation industry, where Vitalii headed the legal department of an enterprise, overseeing contract management, participation in procurement procedures, preparation of legal documents, and communication with state regulators.
After obtaining his attorney license in Ukraine, he worked as the head of the litigation
department at a leading Ukrainian law firm, representing corporate clients, financial institutions, and private individuals before courts of all instances. His responsibilities included developing procedural strategies, handling complex litigation, and preparing legal opinions. He later expanded his own legal practice, focusing on litigation, corporate and contractual matters, and providing legal support to Ukrainians residing abroad.
As a Foreign Legal Consultant in Florida, Vitalii focuses on Ukrainian law, including
inheritance, family, corporate, and contract matters. His work includes legal analysis, preparation of documents under Ukrainian legislation, coordination with Ukrainian notaries and governmental authorities, and support of procedures governed by Ukrainian law.
