The Foreign Legal Consultant may, at their sole professional discretion, engage other professionals in the field of Ukrainian law, including attorneys, lawyers, and subject-matter experts possessing appropriate qualifications and experience in Ukrainian law, where such
engagement is necessary for the proper and high-quality provision of the Services.
Such engagement shall be limited exclusively to matters of Ukrainian law and shall not involve the practice of law of the United States of America or the law of the State of Florida.
All engaged professionals shall act as independent subcontractors of the Consultant and shall not be parties to this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the Client in writing.
The Consultant shall remain responsible to the Client for the proper coordination of the work of such engaged professionals within the scope of the Services.
The Client acknowledges and understands that the engaged professionals:
– are not attorneys licensed or authorized to practice law in the United States or the State of Florida;
– do not provide legal advice regarding U.S. law or the law of any other foreign jurisdiction;
– are engaged exclusively for matters relating to Ukrainian law.
